Villegas-de la Vina History Lectures at Silliman University

Our family endowed the Villegas-de la Vina History Lectures at Silliman University to honor the friendship of two of our forebears who contributed greatly to the development of my home province, Negros Oriental (DumagueteCity, 08/16/2025). Franco Ramirez Villegas Penn T. Larena and Adlai Amor 

The inaugural Villegas-de la Vina History Lectures was delivered by Dr. Rolando O. Borrinaga (2026 OSA for cultural history). His lecture was entitled "The Western Masaua Site of the Easter Sunday Mass in 1521 (Dumaguete City, 08/26/2025). 8/26/2025).
