In Negros Oriental, the legacy of Dr. Jose Rizal thrives as the community celebrated Rizal’s 163rd birthday in the historic M.L. Quezon Park. Dr. Bumanglag’s efforts to foster unity and pride were evident. The event was convened by Sir Hon. Rey Lyndon T. Lawas, KCR Chapter Commander of the Dumaguete Aguila Chapter , with Sir Dr. Noel Yasi KCR serving as the guest speaker
