The Rizal Monument in Vallehermoso was established through a fundraising effort led by the Vallehermoso family to honor the legacy of Dr. José Rizal. Contributions were generously made by various families and organizations, including the Villegas, Hermoso, Geopano, Bernus, Sia, Serion, and Valmayor families, as well as the UCCP Church. This collective effort highlights the community's deep respect for the national hero and their commitment to preserving his legacy for future generations.
